With experience overseeing 3+ million square feet of office, medical office and industrial properties, Jeremy has built a reputation for thoughtful execution, operational discipline, and personalized service tailored to each asset’s unique needs.
Riverstone emphasizes direct leadership involvement, responsiveness, and strategic attention at the property level. Jeremy’s background spans both day-to-day asset operations and ground-up development, including most recently the development of a world-class corporate headquarters in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, now the global headquarters of Cencora, previously known as AmerisourceBergen.
Jeremy founded Riverstone RLT to provide a boutique, relationship-driven alternative, combining institutional-level expertise with the agility, accountability, and care of a focused, owner-aligned firm.
